It is panel mounted for a hole. It has a few scratches on the black rim, I do not have original packaging. It has a black face with white lettering.

Since I have no way to test this it is being sold as-is. There are 4 terminals on the back marked aux, sigh, PPS and neg. It has the following numbers stamped on it: bl and MFA r this is a new old stock Stewart Warner tachometer with hour meter.

There is also a wire which I suspect for lighting.
