Replaces years 1970-1988: Remanufactured Chrysler 360, 5.9L Marine engine longblock. Our Remanufactured Engines. The Final Touch: After our expert technicians have completed all critical machining operations and the components been washed, assembly team takes over.
No cracks, no rust, signs of abuse, salt water use. Standard LH rotation. Once assembled, we spin test every assembled engine on our Sim-Test machine while technician logs the compression and oil pressure for future reference. ALL parts we install meet or exceed original manufacturers' specs.
New internal parts, Marine gaskets: We install vital new including hyper eutectic heat fighting pistons where available, premium piston ring sets, engine bearings, valves, camshafts, springs, lifters, timing components and tinware where applicable. We completely disassemble the blocks and vigorously clean them along with cylinder heads crankshafts. Many parts are actually better than original equipment. Only the Best Blocks: We start by selecting only healthiest blocks.
We pre-lubricate camshafts and pistons. All remanufactured units are completely SIM tested to verify compression, oil pressure, and makes sure that all lifters valve train primed with. Longblock includes: cylinder heads, engine block, all internal components plus a gasket kit and oil pump.
We then demagnetize the engine blocks before machining them on our CNC machine to insure precise OE specifications.
