This is a very lightly used 12 volt 125 alternator. This alternator has a 2 foot. For details.

This was used on a Perkins 4. 108 but should work on any engine that uses a 2 foot. The price for a new one is 519.

Over the following winter we replaced old Perkins engine with a beta and this alternator would not fit on new. I chose hamilton ferris over balm because of all the good reviews they get in SSA community. This was a direct replacement for my balm. This was only used for a few weeks at the end of one season when my original balm alternator died.

This alternator requires an external regulator not included. This alternator was purchased directly from hamilton ferris. Hamilton ferris is well known as one of the best manufacturers marine alternators.
