Details:

These parts came from a 1990 carver boat with the dp out drive and gm 454 engine. The gear changes are in the lower unit so this will fit the 280, 290, Sp and dp out drives that have 4, 6 and 8 cylinder engines.

This offer is for the upper gear box that the yoke end has 26 splines. This transmission shifts fine from forward to reverse and has the double bolt helmet mount.

Also note this has the newer u joints where the clips are on the outside and not the inside. The case on the box does have pitting but it looks as if someone had the box rebuilt or just had new u joints installed cause they look great. This box has the medium sized bearing race on the bottom so it will also fit the 280 drive along with Sp and 290 with the same common bearing size. Some boxes have the large bearings which the steps in the race look different so know what your buying.
