Why am I offering it this way many people will have a motor already and not need the externals or if someone is re powering they will want it all. I had bought a boat to get this running gear to replace a v 8 Mercuries set up and then found the deal of a lifetime on a outboard hull so i'm selling this to get a money toward a 4 stroke outboard. Motor's current condition is rough, but running. This is a AQD40A I o model same as a TMD40A inboard model, just has different drive set ups which is not included.

Paint impaired, need hoses and maintenance or ready to drop in renewed,painted with wiring and panel remain turbo, water pumps and hoses replaced as needed, etc complete as is I can also offer a Volvo 280 diesel geared out drive if your thinking of getting rid of that gas sucking v 8. The choice is yours, just need it to go away. Volvo fuel chart says this motor should use 6 gallons per hour on a planing hull.

This running motor can be offered as a long block 2750. Motor pictured is stock photo and is what it would look like if renewed.
